 The "display name" column in the users table has a 250 character width.
 This seems pretty long for someone's name, and potentially gives a lot of
 room for hackers to add an exploit in as someone's display name.  Reducing
 the width of the column could reduce the exposure to risk if "display
 name" is hacked.

 (Yes this is a bit obscure.)
