Comment:

 Point 1: there needs to be a Media Library tab added to Add Media. I'm
 working on that.

 Point 2: I've sent this ticket to Liz. She might have some insights on
 wording and arrangement.

 Point 3: This is interface design and needs to be addressed. Maybe Liz has
 an idea.

 Could you write separate patches for points 4 and 5? I agree with you on
 both of them but 4 might not fly.
