 When collapsing and expanding the entire admin menu, some sub-menus are
 being displayed in the wrong position on the screen.  So far I've only
 been able to reproduce this with the settings menu, but I'm not entirely
 sure that it doesn't effect others as well.  I've uploaded a screencast of
 the bug at
