 Now that I am clearly defeated on the issue and Bitstream Vera Sans is
 higher in the list, why not list DejaVu Sans one place ahead of Bitstream
 Vera Sans? DejaVu Sans is a font preinstalled on most Linux distributions
 which is visually the same as Vera, except it contains many more glyphs,
 which is useful for internationalisation.
