 im1, there isn't enough information here for anyone to assist you, but to
 guess at the cause. You say you have asked on the support forums, but you
 haven't provided links to those discussion. You haven't even identified
 what version of WordPress.

 You haven't identified the host, have you asked on the hosts own forums?
 -- there are likely to be numerous WordPress members.

 And submitted a bug ticket isn't the way to escalate help when you don't
 get an answer to a support request. Also, consider the wide audience when
 you submit a bug and only with careful consideration of how the issue
 affects numerous people before setting a priority and severity. Please
