 How to reproduce:

 1) go to wordpress/wp-admin/post.php to create a new post.

 2) Enter the phrase "How do I curl hair with a curling iron?" into the
 post textbox thing.

 3) Hit "save".

 Result:

 I get a 403 Forbidden error.

 The phrase "wget is a non-interactive network downloader." also causes a
 problem.

 Wordpress verion:  2.0.4

 MySQL version:  4.0.27-standard

 PHP version:  4.4.4
