 Oh, you have some plugins show up but not others? Gotcha.

 Rename your plugins folder to like `plugins-old` and then make a new
 plugins folder. Does adding plugins to this fresh folder make them show
 up?

 However, again, this really should be a discussion for
 [http://wordpress.org/support/ wordpress.org/support/] rather than here
 because this is a support issue, not a bug report. But whatever, I don't
 wanna get in a close/open war. ;)
