 The feed files in the root of the wordpress install do not return the
 correct feeds with a permalink structure like
 /%category%/%year%/%postname%/ as the rewrite rules match the feed
 filename as a category and try and return a category archive feed for a
 non-existant category.

 I found this while fixing #3188

 Patch attached to fix this issue - including a required db dumb to ensure
 the rewrite rules are regenerated.
