 Under the new CSS for 2.1, submenu options disappear off to the right,
 with no scrollbar or anything to indicate they're there, if you have a
 number of them (I have 7 in addition to the core set).

 The attached patch fixes the problem by applying the height of 25 pixels
 to the li rather than the ul.
