 I've always found it odd that I search for "Gutenberg" - and even though I
 have it favorited on WordPress.org/plugins (and I'm logged into W.org) -
 it doesn't show up as my top plugin to install in the search results.

 Ticket opened to request the Dashboard Plugins search to prioritize my
 favorited plugins on WP.org/plugins
