 That's what's weird, but we get broken zips on upload that won't properly
 unzip.

 End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
 a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
 latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
 the last disk(s) of this archive.

 I'm trying to find the submission that prompted this, and I know it's NOT
 the person who kept complaining that his password protected zip failed.
