 Yes, it's actually a problem.  Based on my observations, multiple people
 jumping in on threads make it hard for the dev to solve any one problem
 and any solution confuses those with where the solution does not work
 because they don't have the same problem.  I have no issue with plugin
 "staff" posting once the thread is closed, but no one else other than the
 moderators.
