 @Otto42 they don't close in a year. It's 6 months, based on the threads
 that are closed on my plugin.

 There are legitimate reasons for needing to reply on a closed thread that
 adds value, but I understand the concerns about possible spammy emails or
 unrelated conversations. That's why I think the ability to reopen the
 thread for limited people would be helpful.
