 When the download counter /downloads/counter updates on an localized
 website, where the numbers aren't separated by , and by a space (or a
   in this case), the HTML symbol is not formatted, resulting in a
 text like "16 451 037".

 I have confirmed this bug happens at least on the Finnish and Swedish
 Rosetta websites.
