 I don't know if this should be a new ticket or not, but these are
 functionally not filters on tag pages. When you are on a tag page and
 click "commercial" it takes you to a different untagged filter for
 "commercial" instead of filtering the tag as "commercial". If they can't
 be made to actually filter the tag then removing them from tag pages seems
 better than leaving them as is.
