Hi there! I'm Francisco founder of QuadLayers
I've been developing WordPress plugins for the last fours years,
dedicating my entire life to this purpose, mounting a business, building a
 team, etc
Since the very first day I have been very disappointed with the treatment
of plugin reviewers, they don't even say "hello", when they contact you
 via email.
However, this is too much... Statistics are a fundamental part of the
feedback we receive about our products, actually, the old statics were
 very poor.
Matt recently asked that we all should contribute a 5% percentage of our
profits to WordPress core development in the "Five for the Future"
 initiative.
 I'm wondering...
How do you expect us to continue contributing if we can't keep our
 products profitable?
How do you expect to generate a community if the review team isn't capable
to say "hello" when they contact you?
This behavior triggers all the red flags. I wonder if it is time to look
at new horizons, looking for new open-source communities.
