 That chart is useful to understand if a plugin has a bug, or generally
 something wrong.
 More than once I realized a plugin of mine had a bug thanks to that chart.
 Removing that chart means doing something against the WordPress ecosystem.

 "This chart was removed due to a Security or Privacy concern".

 Sorry, I don't believe that. It's more probable. It was removed because
 someone sells services that give you active installations. Plugin authors
 are now more likely to buy those services.

 Please, don't think plugin authors are so stupid, and bring back the
 chart! Promises about giving stats are not enough. We want that chart
 back, and we wanted it now!
