 This is really a bad move. I have few small scale plugins. I regularly
 check my "Active Install Growth" chart to understand the market, whether
 my plugin growing or not. Few weeks back, one of my plugins had a negative
 growth. Immediately I realized there may be a bug and there was one. Once
 I fixed it, installation growth move back to positive.

 Most users don't leave any feedback or contacts the author if anything is
 wrong. For us, our most convenient way was checking this growth.

 I request the core team to bring this feature back.
