 It would, but you'll need to deal with Systems to remove the pagination
 block, preferably on all sites. There's an nginx rule which blocks access
 to `/page/[5-9][0-9]` for bots/etc, the pagination blocking code is just
 to ensure that we don't present links to search engines/etc and promptly
 cause 404's which cause more issue.
