 I uploaded this image (https://wordpress.org/photos/photo/978622d0a8/) but
 accidentally included a typo in the title of the image. There's no clear
 way to fix this, neither in the review pending list nor on the accepted
 upload.

 Would it be possible to allow the uploader to modify the title,
 potentially with an additional review cycle for the changes to prevent
 malicious changes?
