 As one of the moderator of User contributed notes, I'd really like this
 suggestion.
 The listed use cases look great to me.

 I don't think it's necessary since each notification is only related to
 one comment, sent by the user. But maybe we could add a sentence on the
 comment form to describe the validation process.
