 I however have one question - Is 'Block' the best title/word here?
 "Latest", "Popular", "Favorites" are descriptive terms that anyone would
 be able to understand.

 Yes, ''we'' understand what `Block` means in this context, but will
 others? end users?

 For plugins, we use `Block-Enabled plugins`, `Block-Enabled` makes less
 sense than just `Block` for a theme filter though in my opinion.

 Perhaps this is the best way to title it, and I'm over thinking it, and
 realistically we need to name it like so to encourage others to figure out
 what ''we'' mean when we say Block.
