 Curious as if this is any different from the existing flow? If the issue
 is the embedding of the image, the moderation team should be able to edit
 the problematic post.

 If we can't trust anyone to embed, then we'd need to disable all
 embedding, or, limit it to accounts that have proved trustworthy.
