 Pasting images is a common workflow pattern in the block editor, but
 throws an (expected) error where the image block fails to render.

 We do not wish to host random images, as we may then be liable to content
 that is uploaded by unknown third parties (we're not an image hosting
 service, let them who know it well, deal with it, we all know this, but
 adding it for transparency reasons :) ); so a means of blocking
 image/document pastes within the editor should be added.
