 Do you mean ''any'' link will always be "anonymized" to logged out users,
 or just the link marked as the one a user mentioned needing help with?

 I wouldn't be opposed to that, just blanket fix it across the board, but
 it would be hard to capture all variations in which a link could be
 shared, without a fixed point of reference which the "Page I need help
 with" currently provides.
