 If someone wants to put a link in a review, they're going to do it
 regardless.

 I don't think removing the link icon is going to help much, but at least
 hiding it matches the guidelines.

 Moderators: Please let me know if you think there should be something more
 done here.

 My ideas are that if either of the following is included in the review,
 throw it into the moderation queue:
  - https:// or http://
  - obfuscated url like `something[dot]something`
