 they expect.

 That is not a problem. We shouldn't tailor our offerings to the users'
 expectations. We offer hosting and forums and reviews and moderation of
 all that. Period. You can't control what users will expect.
 It seems like a perfectly normal flow for the user to click Support and
 see either a forum of questions or a forum with a sticky that says "we
 answer stuff over here". No big deal.
