Changes (by dd32):

 * status:  new => closed
 * resolution:   => invalid


Comment:

 The subscriptions emails are handled by Jetpack, whose subscription emails
 are processed on the Jetpack Servers which is why Shortcodes and other
 Dynamic data in posts aren't included.

 This will need to reported directly to
 [https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues Jetpack] rather than
 WordPress.org if it still applies.
