 I'm a WordPress fan from China. Recently, for a long time, we found that
 for some reasons, all devices in China had 429 problems when visiting all
 subdomains of WordPress. I will not comment on the reasons. We are eager
 to solve this problem. WordPress has thousands of users in China. We all
 have this serious problem in our daily updates.
 So we set up reverse proxy and forward proxy server to solve this problem.
 But we want to solve the problem fundamentally. We hope to build the image
 source of WordPress in China like Linux through our own efforts. You may
 have to bear a lot of attacks to solve this problem, so we hope to solve
 this problem thoroughly through our efforts. We sincerely hope that you
 can provide us with an API interface that can be used for docking, and
 hope to get the whitelist synchronization list. Very sincere request.
