 The user at https://profiles.wordpress.org/activity/ is currently
 referenced from the profiles site XML sitemap; it's my assumption that
 this page is *meant* to be an activity overview/utility, but is being
 supplanted by a placeholder/inactive user.

 This URL should either return the correct page (if such a thing exists),
 or, a 404.
