 @dd32 could we instead change [source:sites/trunk/wordcamp.org/public_html
 /wp-content/plugins/wordcamp-participation-notifier/wordcamp-
 participation-notifier.php#L360] to provide the full year and maybe even
 pass along another parameter with the actual timestamp?
