 After crunching some numbers, I'm going to implement a threshold of 5
 strings in a project in a specific locale before the project gets listed
 on profiles.

 The number of users who have <5 strings in any given project + locale is
 not insignificant, but neither is the number of 5+ strings, it seems like
 a pretty good cutoff when looking at the curve of contributions.
