 For some locales there is a 'mentoring' process where a GTE or experienced
 (global) PTE will validate all strings that are correct and then indicate
 the translator what needs a change (by e.g. putting them to fuzzy). In
 that way the translator keeps the credits of their translations.
 If as GTE you correct the dots yourself, the translator will never know
 and make the same mistake again next time.
