 I think it's not a bad idea that **es_MX** has its own HH. In the same
 line as **es_VE**.

 The **es_ES**, **es_VE**, **es_MX**, etc. translations **can be shared and
 adapted** to the different variants of Spanish. This could **speed up the
 translation process** by distributing the work among the different teams
 and **all of them would benefit** from documentation adapted to their own
 language variation.
