New description:

 I changed my email address in my profile but despite blocking all
 notifications from Trac, I seem to still get ticket updates to the
 previous email address. How can I change the email Trac is sending emails
 to?

 I thought updating my profile would do it but that doesn't seem to be the
 case.

 The ticket #3594 is also related to this because I do still sometimes get
 notifications for tickets I've blocked.
