 Updating your Support Profile is supposed to be all that's needed.

 The [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/prefs hidden /prefs] page might allow
 you to change your email, but I don't believe that it's enabled for meta
 or core

 If it's not working, it's probably the same root cause as #3594. I've
 recently removed the ability to "Block Notifications" for trac tickets
 since that doesn't appear to be something we'll fix anytime soon.
