 Makes sense, although, they haven't used these at all (since 2011 in some
 cases), so I don't think that's a burning consideration.

 We also need a much better system/process in place before they do actively
 use them; there's a lot of poorly managed duplication of wordpress.org
 blog comment when/where they are infrequently used, and that causes a
 whole raft of other issues.

 More significantly, the technical approach to these is shot - the hreflang
 tags on https://nl.wordpress.org/2019/05/08/wordpress-5-2-is-vrijgegeven/,
 as just one isolated example, are actively damaging the whole ecosystem.

 I'm keen to err on the side of burning down as much of it we can, and
 making special cases for scenarios where it's needed and managed well...
