 Hi @jonoaldersonwp, from my side (technically speaking) I could go in and
 delete the 'Hello World' pages and that won't break anything.
 But for your other requests this would mean that when the team of the
 locale starts to use it, we would need to undo these changes again, so I'm
 not in favor of that, but I let others respond to that part.
