Comment:

 I think preventing published posts from appearing in the profile stream
 while in Coming Soon mode could cause other issues and complications.
 Like, do we queue all published posts and then add them to the stream once
 Coming Soon is turned off? What if it is then turned back on?

 We could also decide to turn off that particular activity item altogether,
 and not have any published posts from WordCamp sites appear in the profile
 stream.

 As discussed in today's bug scrub, it seems like the best place to start
 is with @Nao 's suggestion to add a note about this to the handbook.
