 erasure/export pages in the page hierarchy header, these are only
 accessible on WordPress.org/

 Removing these links from the `Cookies` page seems like the simplest
 option here, as this is the only page which had links to these pages in
 the navigation menu.
 All of the expected links to the Export/Erasure pages are properly linking
 to the wordpress.org/ variant.
