 The webhook could still work. We can extract the `build.svn` commit number
 from the `git-svn-id` ([https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/commit/ffead81f2282d756f2fe2f7efdfd4c5d0424b6b5.patch example]).

 Converting that to the corresponding `core.svn` commit would probably need
 to be brute-forced, though. The build script would have to take the
 `build.svn` commit number, and rewind through `core.svn` until it finds
 the [https://build.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/44552 matching commit].
