 "favourite":

 • Click the ❤️ on a plugin or theme, e.g: https://wordpress.org/plugins
 /access-monitor/
 • Your favourite plugins are listed at
 https://wordpress.org/themes/browse/favorites/
 • Your favourite themes are listed at
 https://wordpress.org/themes/browse/favorites/
 • Open your locales plugins or themes on translate.w.org and select the
 "My Favourites" dropdown
 • e.g https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/en-au/default/wp-
 plugins?page=1&filter=favorites
