 WordPress.org` to the end of the title.

 This should also be applied to localised versions of the page (e.g.,
 https://fr.wordpress.org/gutenberg/), which should also append the country
 code (e.g., `La nouvelle expérience d'édition Gutenberg | WordPress.org
 (FR)`

 Localised versions of the page should also remove the JavaScript which
 replaces the title with the English version.
