 The Gutenberg page (https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/) should append ` |
 WordPress.org` to the end of the title.

 This should also be applied to localised versions of the page (e.g.,
 https://fr.wordpress.org/gutenberg/).

 Localised versions of the page should also remove the JavaScript which
 replaces the title with the English version.
