 Author website links, linked from their names as found in this template -
 https://wordpress.org/ideas/topic/a-way-to-permanently-disable-comments -
 should add a rel="nofollow" attribute. This is handled correctly elsewhere
 in the dot org ecosystem.

 Without this attribute, the destination URLs inherit pagerank/equity from
 wordpress.org, which encourages authors to post with the intent to syphon
 value, rather than to ask meaningful questions, etc.

 It's not entirely improbable that the ideas forum is warping a chunk of
 the Internet by sending low quality sites disproportionately authoritative
 links. Woo!
