 In #3849, blockquote styling in `wporg-support` theme was updated for
 better readability.

 The same should probably be done across other WordPress.org themes using
 previous styling for consistency:
 * `wporg`
 * `wporg-learn`
 * `wporg-main`
 * `wporg-plugins`
 * `wporg-themes`
