 I don't know the english spelling in this case, but at least in german
 this is no design decision. The bold words should be either headlines
 (HTML h tags) or end with a point or colon.

 You cannot reliably filter for these words in GlotPress because they are
 not marked accordingly, even the <strong> tags is not around these
 translation strings.
