 Thanks for your thoughts on this @Nao. I also agree that
 Translate.WordPress.org is the best place for this as it is essentially
 the start of the workflow. If people are not familiar with it, then you
 can argue that they need to be to translate efficiently. I think the next
 step is getting some kind of proof of concept setup for the meta team to
 have a look at possibly.

 I'd like to try and get started on something but I'll need to get VVV or
 something working first for the meta environment. I see people requesting
 PTE status first, and then the manual GTE assignment process afterwards
 because in theory you should start as a PTE first, then be upgraded to a
 GTE (that's just my opinion anyway).

 I'll put this into Slack again to refresh the ticket and see if anyone
 else has more thoughts on this.
