 Currently, regional events like WordCamp EU and WordCamp US need to be
 [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/api.wordpress.org/public_html/events/1.0/index.php#L925
 hardcoded] in order to display within the Upcoming Events dashboard
 widget. Would be great to automate this process.

 Would likely need another checkbox to indicate a regional event when
 creating a new WordCamp event. May also require an additional database
 table to store regional events.
