 I see why it was implemented this way, but I think it's a clear violation
 of the [https://www.ip2location.com/agreement EULA] and the endpoint will
 quickly be abused. I am not too worried about the traffic once #4 above is
 fixed, but I guess there are some general performance and privacy concerns
 that will need to be addressed if the implementation is changed.
